Student Experiences & Engagement is committed to continuing to provide Oregon State students, faculty, and staff services, programming, and support remotely. Information on how to engage with each of SEE's departments are outlined below, and each department has its own COVID-19 response webpage with specific information on program areas.
We recommend you bookmark this page since it will be continually updated as new information is available.
As of March 16, 2020, in alignment with OSU’s measures to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19, SEE has moved to remote delivery of programs. Events are being rescheduled, reimagined as remote opportunities, or will be revisited next year.
We believe personal connection has never been more important. SEE departments are re-imagining and exploring options to create new virtual and remote events for OSU students, and welcomes your ideas and suggestions, which you can send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We also encourage you to use the many tools available to create virtual hang out spaces and events.
For general questions about SEE, you can email us at email@example.com. You are also welcome to contact individual staff and programs for specific questions. You can find our contact information on our Contact page.
Community Engagement & Leadership will be operating remotely during this time, however we are still here for you! Need to connect with someone from CEL? Use Facebook Messenger or email to connect with us. We are in the process of reimagining spring programs and exploring various virtual leadership, service, and community building opportunities. As we navigate this new terrain we encourage you to be in community with us, and build community with us. Now more than ever, we realize the power of our interconnectedness as humans and through social issues. We need each other now more than ever. Stay tuned for more to come by subscribing to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to receive our updates! Imagine a better world. Make it happen.
Please visit CEL's homepage for more information on our department's remote opportunities.
Access to the Craft Center space is curtailed through spring term. Winter term locker rentals will be extended through this time and not cleaned out until after the space is reopened. The Craft Center will be working on exciting new remote opportunities to create community through art during this time. Updates and more information will be shared on their website, Facebook, and Instagram. If you have questions, please email the Craft Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please visit the Craft Center's COVID-19 remote information webpage for more information on our department's remote opportunities.
Though the Cultural Resource Centers’ physical spaces will be closed until further notice, we will continue to provide virtual opportunities for you to engage and be in community with us. We are no longer taking new reservations or tour requests for the Cultural Resource Centers (CRCs) until further notice. The Ettihad Cultural Festival has been canceled, and DCE will continue to provide updates on events as decisions are made. We will continue to be in community in a time of uncertainties, and we will find ways to develop stronger relationships despite the distancing impacts of COVID-19. We are working to reenvision how events and activities can be held remotely.

Orange Media Network will continue to report news and create and share content on its website and social media channels. KBVR-FM, KBVR-TV, DAMChic, PRISM and Beavers Digest will continue to create new content, and offer new opportunities for OSU students to learn to create and submit new types of content from home.
Clubs & Orgs will continue to support and advise student groups, focusing on how student groups can hold remote opportunities. Global Community Kitchen will not be supporting events in the kitchen, but they will be exploring fun, new ways to share cultural cooking with the OSU community! OSUPC is canceling their large, in-person events for the spring term, including the art fest and comedy show for Spring Family Weekend and Dam Jam. OSUPC will also be exploring opportunities to offer fun, community-building events remotely as well.
