Drop-In Activities for OSU Students

We have a variety of arts and crafts materials for in-house use. Members can check them out from our front desk using their member card, then find an open table space and get creative. Come see what we have in!

Specialized Studio Use

The Craft Center has a number of individual studio spaces. These spaces are open for Student Member Use during open studio times, which is any time we are open and the space doesn't have a class going on in it. 

To use the specialized studios requires an annual orientation, starting fresh each Fall term.

Orientations are given by our studio techs, generally during their tech times. Their times are posted at the front desk and at each studio.

All About Tech Times

Tech times are when a studio tech is available to give orientations, answer questions, or give you a hand. 

Times are generally posted on the studio's whiteboard or on the door. You can also ask the front desk.

Tech times are available in the following studios:

  • Stained and Fused Glass
  • Screenprinting
  • Ceramics
  • Metals
  • Sewing
