At the Craft Center, we’re excited to help your student and/or staff group create memorable experiences with activities tailored just for you. Whether you’re interested in a paint night or have your own creative idea, we’re here to collaborate! Need some inspiration? Due to high demand, we are focusing our partnerships on Oregon State University student-based groups and activities, whether academic or social, where students are the primary participants.
Students:
Please give us at least two weeks notice within the term you'd like the event to occur in.
Use the Student Event Form if your primary event participants are Oregon State University students.
Submit either the Student Event Request Form or the Tool Request Form. If you are unsure which form you need, select the Student Event Form.
Our Collaborations Team will get back to you to plan your event or arrange your tool pick-up!

Which form to use
Use the Student Event Request Form if:
- You would like to plan an event/activity at the Craft Center.
- You would like to plan an event/activity at the Craft Center with staff present to help you lead the activity.
- You would like to plan an event for another campus location and would like Craft Center staff to be present.
Use the Tool Request Form if:
- You would like to borrow the Craft Center's tools for your student event taking place on campus. We will prepare a box for you to pick up for your event and return.
Faculty/Staff:
Please give us at least two weeks notice. We are happy to schedule with staff throughout the year ahead.
Use the Staff Event Form if your primary event participants are Oregon State University faculty/staff members.
Submit the Staff Event Request Form to begin the conversation with our Admin Team and plan your event!

Collaborations
Animal Action Day
The Craft Center provided supplies and instruction for decorating bandanas made for shelter dogs to help them get adopted by looking their cutest! In partnership with Community Engagement & Leadership.
Empty Bowls
The Craft Center partners with the HSRC and CEL to create bowls for this annual fundraiser. At the event, people buy a bowl and can then have it filled with soup, and they get to take their bowl home.
Haunted MU
The Craft Center provided a face painting station at the Haunted MU for students to finish their costumes for Halloween! This is event is a partnership with the Memorial Union and OSU Program Council.
Denim Day with SARC
The Craft Center partnered with SARC to provide t-shirt tie dyeing for Denim Day. T-shirts said "support survivors" in support of sexual assault survivors.
Pride Center Banners
The Craft Center partnered with the Pride Center to create a collective resistance banner in support of trans rights.
Glitter in the Archives
In partnership with the library and Pride Center, the Craft Center helped facilitate a craft event in the library archives about Queer history.
