New Club Application
New club reviews occur on a rolling basis until the end of Week 1 of Spring term. Questions? Please email us at [email protected].
Basic Requirements for New Clubs
- Minimum 4 members (2 officers)
- Fill an unmet need (another club with the same purpose doesn't already exist)
- Meet RSO Eligibility criteria found on the RSO Overview Information page.
- Comply with OSU's non-discrimination policy
- SOA approved Governing Document - (Constitution Guidelines/Template)
How to Apply for a New Club
- Draft a Constitution - (Constitution Guidelines/Template).
- Doesn't need to be perfect - we'll work with you to get it where it needs to be.
- Go to Ideal-Logic
- Click on "Home" along the top of the page and "Participant Home" along the left of the page
- Click on the link titled "Start a New Club"
- Complete the online application!
Once submitted, we will follow up with you to schedule an appointment to discuss next steps. If you do not hear back form us within a week of your submission, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
