Menu Planning
You should create a draft menu and recipes before meeting with the Global Community Kitchen Coordinator. The recommended things to include are listed below, and you can download a worksheet with this information as well.

Menu Planning
Follow the guidelines below when planning your menu.
For your event, select:
- 1-2 beverages (hot or cold)
- 1-2 meat or main dishes
- 1-3 vegetable or side dishes
- 1-2 desserts
- Optional: Other (1-2)
Recipe Planning
For each recipe, follow the guidelines below.
For each recipe:
- Recipe name
- Number of servings (2, 3, 4, etc.)
- Portion size (oz, lb, fl oz)
- Equipment needed
- Ingredients
- Methods (cooking steps)
For each ingredient:
- Ingredient
- amount
- event amount
