The meeting was to have included board member updates, a discussion about OMN broadcast media and a presentation on the student leader election process. However, at 4:11 p.m., with 10 people needed for a two-thirds quorum and the ninth still not present, Chair Lilly declared the gathering over and said she would send out a When2Meet for a new meeting.
Jennifer noted she would send out information to the board by email on key dates selected for the student leader process
