Any student organization wishing to distribute electronic tickets for events may request to do so through SOA's Ticketing system, University Tickets.
- In order to access the form to apply for e-ticketing, your club must already have submitted an activity plan.
- If the activity plan has been populated, under the LOGISTICS tab, you will click yes for an E-Ticketing Request for the form to pop up.
- Submit an “E-Ticketing Request Form” at least 2 weeks before you'd like to begin distributing tickets.
Completing a Request
To complete the E-Ticketing Request Form , you need to have the following information:
- Event details, including:
- Event name, description, start time, door open time, location
- 200x200 image for the event to be shown on the website. The image MUST be in a .jpg or .gif format.
- Ticket information:
- Total Tickets
- Ticket types (i.e. OSU Student, General Admission, VIP, Presale).
- # tickets you wish to have available per category,
- Cost
- Per person limits
- When ticket become available
- For SOA Grant Funded Activities:
- at least 51% of the available tickets must be made exclusively available to OSU students and limited to only one per student.
- at least 80% of the total tickets must be made available to the general public.
- free tickets will begin distribution no more than 1 week in advance of the event date.
- tickets with a fee can begin distribution up to 3 weeks in advance of event date.
- Go to https://events.oregonstate.edu/
- Log into your ONID by pressing log in in the top right corner
- Scroll down a little and on the right column there will be a bright orange button saying "Submit an Event"
- Enter all necessary information
- Make sure to add the Clubs tag to show on the Clubs & Orgs specific calendar and website
- Hit submit
- Go to https://events.oregonstate.edu/
- In the top right corner, click on “Log In” and use your ONID to log in
- Once you are logged in, click on your profile in the same top right corner
- Click on the event you wish to edit and make any changes necessary
